@@JoeCannon1 It was a study done to compare the effects of yerba mate and a fiber supplementation regimen on insulin resistance. The results yielded the same, if not better results than metformin. I saw a Tiki Tok video by a doctor on this and I have reached out asking her for a link to the exact study. Hopefully, she will respond. It may just be more hype to sell supplements than anything else, but we'll see. I'll post the link if she provides it. Thanks!

In one of the websites I saw on this they talk about the University of Sidney. If that is it, I have videos on Unicity. When I searched I found this 2022 study that involved 75 people with RLS. Compared to those who took a placebo people taking a combination of 250 mg of magnesium oxide and 40 mg of B6 had reduced RLS and sleep. The good news is the mag oxide is not expensive pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/36587225/. There seemed to be an association with RLS and low magenium levels so adding more magnesium foods to the diet may help too. if the food is green (like veggies), it has magnesium. I hope some of this helps your mom.

@@Motors9342 thats a good question. If you read through the reviews of my other black seed videos you will see some saying it did not work for them.

When someone is HIV positive and talking their medication ( ARV) so these medications will stop HIV from replicating itself but these medications can’t get through cells to break HIV reverse transcription and destroy those less than 20copy of virus that are hide somewhere in lymph nodes, that is why cure is not found yet! That black seed that you taking it it will ended up in your stomach after some process the waste will come out us poop and some beneficial stuff from it get into your blood stream and that black seeds can’t enter to CD4 cells or lymph nodes to destroy HIV completely, so that black seed shit doesn’t have any benefits for a HIV positive patient

I feel the same way. There are several studies on this (see my other videos below). Hoping big parma (or little pharma) or NIH will look into this further.

@@seputarrahasia7655 HIV is an immune condition and in theory it makes sense that if you could make the immune system more robust that it would help. That said other than eating better - fruits veggies, nuts seeds and protein AND exercise- Im not aware of any lifestyle actitivies that would cure it.
